Responsibilities include:
* Answering and directing all inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
* Meeting and greeting clients to provide a positive first impression.
* Managing the appearance and upkeep of the reception area.
* Managing the reception email.
* Maintaining the key register and updating staff as needed.
* Providing general administrative assistance and support to the team.
* Assisting the director and office manager as needed.
* Ability to take on additional responsibilities, such as assisting with organising office events, as you grow in the role.
The successful candidate will have:
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A strong work ethic, confidence, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
* A Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one before starting).
